Thrilled to receive an invitation from the Health Forward Foundation to become one of ten external grant reviewers for Foundation’s next round of mental and behavioral health funding for 2019-2020. This will be my first opportunity to be providing expert programmatic recommendations to the Health Forward Foundation for funding under this stream.

Health Forward Foundation allocated $4.5 million in grant funding to organizations that focus on improving the availability and quality of mental and behavioral health services in their geographic funding area. The six counties included in their funding catchment area are: Allen, Johnson and Wyandotte in Kansas and Kansas City, Missouri proper, Cass, Jackson and Lafayette in Missouri.
